Data sources

Stabilator Aircraft Intelligence combines public government datasets and third-party flight observations. Licensing and attribution obligations apply to some sources; commercial deployment follows those terms.

• FAA Aircraft Registry

  Releasable aircraft registration database (MASTER, ACFTREF, ENGINE, deregistered files). Ownership fields respect FAA privacy withholding.

• NTSB

  Public aviation accident and incident datasets. Matches require identity reconciliation; preliminary records are labeled as such.

• ADS-B / flight observations

  Preferred initial source: ADSB.lol (ODbL 1.0). Derived observation datasets are kept logically separable from proprietary Stabilator data. OpenSky requires a commercial license for production use; FlightAware AeroAPI remains an optional premium fallback.

• Public business records

  Optional entity enrichment for company/LLC registrants only — aircraft intelligence, not people search.
